Directions
Samobor pork chops are named after the small town of Samobor, located near Zagreb. I really love this dish, because it is super delicious, and besides it is easy and fast to prepare.
Steps
1

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Do not be afraid to add a little more pepper, especially if you use whole peppercorns. Roll the chops very lightly in flour, because at the end, the flour will give the required density and therefore don’t use too much flour. |

Peel the potatoes, cut into half, sprinkle with salt and pepper and put them in a oven at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes. |
3

|
Pre-heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chops for a few minutes on each side, to colour. |

Pour a glass of broth over chops, add garlic and a pinch of chopped parsley leaf. You can add garlic according your taste. I think you can never put too much garlic. When the broth has evaporated pour the wine and simmer for a few minutes until all thickens into nice sauce |
